1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of YTVD.app, including any related pages, tools, features, conversion functions, download functions, and support channels (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of another person, organization, or entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of the Service

YTVD.app provides a browser-based tool that may allow users to process user-submitted media URLs and check whether certain output options, such as video or audio formats, are available.

The Service is intended only for lawful personal backup, permitted offline access, format conversion of content the user is allowed to process, and other uses where the user has the legal right to download, convert, extract, process, or save the content.

YTVD.app does not claim ownership of third-party content. YTVD.app does not provide a public library of videos, music, sound recordings, or third-party media files. YTVD.app does not make processed files publicly searchable or publicly available.

3. Independent service

YTVD.app is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any third-party platform, creator, publisher, rights holder, or content owner.

All third-party names, marks, logos, content, and services are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to third-party services is descriptive only.

4. Permitted use only

You may use the Service only for content that you are legally allowed to download, convert, extract, process, or save.

Permitted uses may include:

content that you created and own;
content that is in the public domain;
content licensed in a way that allows downloading, conversion, extraction, processing, or offline saving;
content where you have explicit permission from the rights holder;
content that you are otherwise legally permitted to download, convert, extract, process, or save under applicable law.

Personal use alone does not make a download, extraction, or conversion lawful. You must also have the legal right or permission to download, convert, extract, copy, store, or save the content.

5. Strictly prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to download, convert, extract, copy, store, save, redistribute, sell, repost, publish, modify, synchronize, communicate to the public, publicly perform, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content unless you have the legal right to do so.

You may not use the Service to download, convert, extract, or save copyrighted or protected content without authorization, including but not limited to:

music;
songs;
sound recordings;
music videos;
podcasts;
audiobooks;
films;
television content;
live performances;
concerts;
lectures;
paid courses;
broadcasts;
creator content;
protected video or audio recordings;
any other copyrighted or protected material.

You may not use the Service for any purpose that infringes or may infringe the rights of any third party, including copyrights, neighboring rights, trademark rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, platform rights, or any other legal rights.

6. Third-party platform terms

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms, rules, policies, and restrictions of any third-party platform, website, service, or content source whose URL or content you submit to the Service.

YTVD.app does not grant you any rights to use, download, convert, extract, copy, store, or save third-party content.

If a platform, creator, publisher, rights holder, or content owner does not permit downloading, copying, conversion, extraction, or offline saving, you must not use the Service for that content.

Using YTVD.app does not override platform terms, creator permissions, licensing restrictions, copyright law, contract law, or any other legal restriction.

7. No circumvention

You may not use the Service to bypass, circumvent, disable, avoid, interfere with, or attempt to bypass any technological, contractual, platform, access, or rights-management restriction.

This includes, without limitation:

digital rights management;
access controls;
download restrictions;
copy protection;
stream protection;
encryption;
signature systems;
token systems;
player restrictions;
login requirements;
subscriber-only restrictions;
paywalls;
regional restrictions;
age restrictions;
private or restricted access controls;
rate limits;
anti-bot systems;
platform security features;
any other technical, contractual, or access restriction.

If content is not normally available to you for lawful download, conversion, extraction, or offline saving, you must not use YTVD.app to obtain it.

8. Audio conversion restrictions

The Service may include audio-related functions, including MP3, WAV, or other audio output options. These functions are provided only for permitted uses.

You may not use the Service to download, rip, extract, convert, or save copyrighted music, songs, sound recordings, albums, concerts, podcasts, audiobooks, performances, or other protected audio without authorization from the rights holder.

You may use audio conversion only for content you own, public-domain audio, licensed audio, or audio you have explicit permission to process.

9. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

the URLs you submit;
the content you process;
the format you choose;
how you use any output file;
whether you have permission to download, convert, extract, process, or save the content;
compliance with copyright law, neighboring rights, platform terms, licensing terms, contract terms, and all applicable laws.

YTVD.app does not monitor, review, or verify every user-submitted URL and cannot determine the ownership, licensing, permission, or legal status of every item of third-party content.

The availability of a technical output option does not mean that your use of that output is lawful.

10. User confirmation

Before using conversion or download functions, you may be required to confirm that you own the content, have permission to process it, or are otherwise legally allowed to download, convert, extract, or save it.

If you cannot make that confirmation truthfully, you must not use the Service for that content.

YTVD.app may refuse, limit, or block requests where that confirmation is not provided or where the request appears to create legal, operational, security, platform, or abuse risk.

11. No public hosting or public distribution

YTVD.app does not operate as a public hosting platform for third-party videos, audio files, or media files. The Service does not provide a public search engine, public index, public feed, or public library of downloaded or converted content.

Processed files, if temporarily created for technical delivery, are intended only for the requesting user and are not intended to be publicly listed, publicly searchable, publicly indexed, or publicly shared by YTVD.app.

Temporary technical files may be deleted automatically after a short period. YTVD.app may remove temporary files, logs, requests, or outputs at any time without notice.

12. No permanent storage guarantee

YTVD.app does not guarantee that any file, output, link, conversion, or result will remain available.

The Service may delete temporary files automatically, immediately, or after a short period. Users are responsible for their own lawful files and backups.

13. Abuse prevention and technical limits

YTVD.app may limit, block, throttle, suspend, or refuse any request, URL, format, feature, output, IP address, user agent, geographic region, or user where YTVD.app believes there may be legal, operational, security, copyright, platform, or abuse risk.

The Service may impose technical limits, including but not limited to:

request limits;
file size limits;
media length limits;
format limits;
quality limits;
conversion limits;
temporary downtime;
rate limiting;
bot detection;
abuse filtering;
blocking of certain URLs, sources, or content categories.

YTVD.app is not required to process any URL, provide any specific output, or support any specific format.

YTVD.app may also maintain technical blocklists or restriction lists for URLs, media identifiers, sources, IP addresses, user agents, request patterns, formats, or content categories where YTVD.app believes restriction is appropriate to address rights-holder notices, abuse reports, legal risk, operational risk, platform risk, or repeated misuse.

14. Prohibited automated use

You may not use bots, scrapers, scripts, automated systems, bulk download tools, browser automation, API abuse, distributed requests, proxy rotation, or similar methods to access or use the Service.

You may not use the Service to download, convert, extract, or process channels, playlists, catalogs, libraries, albums, creator pages, or large volumes of content.

You may not overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass any part of the Service.

15. Copyright complaints, rights holder notices, and blocking

If you believe that the Service is being used to infringe your rights, you may contact YTVD.app at:

Your notice should include:

your name and contact information;
identification of the copyrighted work or protected material;
identification of the URL, media identifier, request, output, or activity you believe is infringing;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;
your physical or electronic signature.

YTVD.app may remove, block, disable, restrict, or refuse access to URLs, media identifiers, requests, features, outputs, users, IP addresses, request patterns, sources, or technical functions in response to copyright complaints, rights holder notices, abuse reports, legal risk, platform risk, operational risk, or suspected violation of these Terms.

When YTVD.app receives a sufficiently detailed rights-holder notice, YTVD.app may restrict or disable processing of the reported URL, media identifier, or related request pattern. This does not require YTVD.app to monitor all user-submitted URLs or determine the legal status of every item of third-party content.

YTVD.app may maintain an internal blocklist of reported URLs, media identifiers, sources, or request patterns for the purpose of preventing repeated processing of content that has been reported or restricted.

Public-facing error messages for blocked or restricted content may be neutral and may not identify the complainant, rights holder, internal reason, or legal basis for the restriction.

16. Takedown notices, counter-notices, and cooperation

If you submit a legal notice requesting removal, restriction, or blocking of access, your notice must include the information required by applicable law and enough detail for YTVD.app to identify the reported URL, media identifier, request, output, or activity.

YTVD.app may, where appropriate, remove or disable access to material, restrict use of the Service, block requests, block media identifiers, limit features, or terminate access for users or request patterns that repeatedly infringe rights or repeatedly misuse the Service.

If you believe your access or content was restricted by mistake, you may send a counter-notice where applicable. Your counter-notice must include the information required by applicable law.

YTVD.app aims to review sufficiently detailed rights-holder notices and abuse reports in a reasonable time. Response time may depend on the clarity of the notice, the information provided, technical limitations, and operational availability.

Nothing in these Terms is legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights, consult a qualified attorney before using the Service or submitting a notice.

17. Repeat infringer policy

YTVD.app may suspend, block, restrict, or terminate access for users, IP addresses, identifiers, or request patterns that appear to repeatedly infringe rights, repeatedly violate these Terms, repeatedly submit abusive requests, or repeatedly create legal, operational, security, or platform risk.

Because YTVD.app does not operate user accounts by default, repeat misuse may be identified through reasonable technical signals such as limited operational data, hashed identifiers, request patterns, abuse reports, or other abuse-prevention signals.

Where YTVD.app receives repeated notices, reports, or abuse signals related to the same URL, media identifier, source, user, IP address, or request pattern, YTVD.app may restrict or permanently disable processing for that URL, media identifier, source, user, IP address, or request pattern.

18. Report abuse

You may report abuse, unlawful use, rights violations, security issues, or misuse of the Service at:

Reports should include enough information for YTVD.app to understand and review the issue, including the relevant URL, type of complaint, and your contact information.

19. Privacy and limited technical data

YTVD.app does not monitor, review, or verify every user-submitted URL and does not determine the ownership or rights status of third-party content.

YTVD.app may process limited technical data for a short period only as necessary to operate the Service, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to rights-holder notices, and protect the Service.

This may include:

timestamps;
truncated or hashed IP addresses;
user-agent data;
submitted URL hashes or media identifiers;
requested format;
error status;
rate-limit signals;
abuse-prevention signals;
confirmation that the user accepted required use restrictions.

YTVD.app does not intentionally store completed output files as a public library, does not publish user-submitted URLs, does not store signed media URLs for public reuse, and does not make processed files publicly searchable.

20. No guarantee of availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

YTVD.app does not guarantee:

that the Service will always work;
that any specific URL can be processed;
that any specific media, audio, video, format, resolution, or quality will be available;
that MP3, MP4, WAV, HD, 4K, or any other output will be available;
that long videos, live streams, private content, restricted content, age-restricted content, or region-restricted content can be processed;
that any third-party platform, website, service, or content source will continue to allow access to any content or metadata.

Third-party platforms, websites, services, and content sources may change their systems at any time, and those changes may affect the Service.

21. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTVD.app disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.

You use the Service at your own risk.

22. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTVD.app and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes damages related to:

copyright claims;
third-party platform issues;
account issues;
data loss;
lost profits;
lost revenue;
interruption of service;
failed downloads;
failed conversions;
unavailable formats;
device issues;
user misuse;
third-party claims;
legal violations by users.

23. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YTVD.app, its operator, service providers, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

your use of the Service;
your submitted URLs;
your downloaded, converted, extracted, or processed content;
your output files;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of copyright law or other laws;
your violation of any third-party platform terms;
your violation of any third-party rights.

24. Termination and restriction of access

YTVD.app may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if YTVD.app believes that:

you violated these Terms;
your use may violate third-party rights;
your use may violate platform terms;
your use creates legal, security, technical, or operational risk;
your use appears automated, abusive, excessive, or suspicious;
restriction is required or requested by law, rights holders, service providers, hosting providers, registrars, infrastructure providers, or other relevant parties.

25. Changes to the Service

YTVD.app may modify, suspend, remove, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

This includes removing MP3, MP4, WAV, HD, 4K, long-media, short-media, or any other function if YTVD.app believes it creates legal, technical, operational, platform, or abuse risk.

26. Changes to these Terms

YTVD.app may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms were last revised.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

27. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

28. No waiver

If YTVD.app does not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean YTVD.app waives the right to enforce it later.

29. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of YTVD.app, unless mandatory laws in your country require otherwise.

If a court or authority determines that another law must apply, the remaining parts of these Terms will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted.
